1.Accepting these terms

By using LineSportsNews you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a subscription.

2.Your account

• Give accurate details when you register, and keep them up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything done through your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account.
• One person, one account. Sharing login details with others is not permitted.

3.Subscriptions and payment

• Premium plans are prepaid for the period shown at checkout, and access ends when that period expires unless you buy another.
• Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. Access unlocks automatically once payment clears.
• Because premium content is delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us and we will look into it.

4.What predictions are — and are not

Every tip, prediction, and analysis on this site is opinion. Nothing here is a guarantee of any outcome, and nothing here is financial advice.

Historical performance figures such as strike rate and ROI describe past results only. They do not predict future results.

Any decision you make with your own money is your decision and your responsibility.

5.Tipster content

Tipsters publish their own picks and written analysis. They are responsible for the accuracy of what they post, and they keep ownership of their content while granting us a licence to display it on the site.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms, misrepresents results, or harms other users.

6.Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, republish, or resell our content without written permission.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not post content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Do not use the site to promote services to our users without our agreement.

7.Availability

We work to keep the site available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change, and we may suspend parts of the site for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

8.Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site, including betting losses, lost profits, or losses caused by content posted by other users.

9.Ending your access
